Getting Started

Contact us so we can hear more about your project to see if we might be a good fit to work together. We generally start with ballpark bid based on your description of the scope of work to see if the cost is in alignment with your budget.

If you would like to have us come out to take a look at your project we charge $250 for the first hour and $125/hr thereafter. We can research the viability of your project, find out if the sewer and water supply/pressure are adequate, and figure out if your project will fit within the setbacks or within a protected area. We can also facilitate developing concept drawings with an architect/ engineer.

If the project is simple enough, I can do the plans and have a draftsman drawn them up, then they can go to an engineer for basic engineering, which will give us a more accurate bid. Full project bids are charge based on the size and scope, generally 2% of the project's total cost. If you decide to move forward with construction, we will credit you the amount paid towards the supervisory fee for the whole project.

In order to give you the most accurate bid we will need to have construction plans including engineering and specified finishes and fixtures. We can only give a ballpark cost before the project planning starts to help you decide if the scope is within your desired budget.
